I’ve officially finished the NSI × Bluey proposal, marking the first time I’ve ever created a business-oriented proposal. Even after sending it to Katie and Will, I still feel a wave of excitement and passion about this project. One aspect of the proposal I’m particularly proud of is how I carefully considered the potential benefits for the collaborating partner, Bluey.

This consideration was essential—it’s what gives the proposal the credibility and strength needed to initiate meaningful discussions. As much as I focused on NSI’s interests as an intern, I also recognised my role as the proposal’s initiator. This meant taking responsibility for thinking through what Bluey could gain from the partnership, ensuring the idea was mutually beneficial.
This realisation of my dual role—as both an NSI intern and the creator of this proposal—gave me a profound sense of responsibility. That sense of ownership has, in turn, boosted my confidence. I feel proud knowing that I’m bringing forward an idea that could genuinely create value for both sides.
